Renewable energy projects bring benefits locally as well as providing a
national electricity generation asset. We work closely with local communities
to optimise the benefits associated with the development and operation of new sites.
Some of the economic benefits that renewable energy projects can bring to local
communities include farm diversification, for example through renting land to
projects or growing energy crops, plus construction opportunities.
