The Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) contract to construct the wind farm was awarded to Nordex UK in February 2007. Nordex UK is also responsible for operating and maintaining the wind farm for its first five years of operational life.
Nordex UK sub-contracted the civil works to RJ McLeod of Dingwall and the electrical works to Scottish Hydro Contracting of Evanton.
