Garry Gualach hydroelectric power station has been producing clean energy since 2002. This purpose built, run of river, scheme is located 9 miles from the village of Invergarry. It's single Francis turbine is capable of producing 780 kilowatts.
Environmental impact was minimised by using careful construction and reinstatement practices within an environmental management plan produced in accordance with SEPA and Forestry guidelines

Garry Gualach's turbine house uses the run of the river to produce green power
