The Path to Power report was sponsored by the npower juice fund, published by the British Wind Energy Association and launched by Energy Minister Malcolm Wicks in June 2006. It describes the widespread and increasing support for the UK's marine renewables industry, and illustrates how it could grow into a significant producer of clean energy in the UK. The report identifies key hurdles to the development of the sector, and makes recommendations for action by both Government and industry in order to overcome them.
